Why our program works? 

VARIETY
Most programs focus on strength or conditioning, but people need both to be healthy! Conditioning improves cardiovascular health and burns calories, which burns fat. But the ying to the yang is strength training. It keeps bones healthy, reduces the risk of injury, and gives you muscle tone! Each week you will see 3-4 strength and conditioning workouts, 2-3 all conditioning workouts, and 1 total strength day! 
FLEXIBILITY
Life is busy. Our program takes the guesswork out of getting fit, but more importantly, to fit YOUR schedule, we are open 7 days a week and have 30 + classes. Even with that awesome schedule, sometimes you won't have time. That's why we also have 40 at-home workouts with video tutorials and open gym time if you can't make a class.    
MEASURABLE RESULTS
One of the best ways to keep you coming back for more is showing you the improvements you make! Is your goal to lose body fat? With our bodyfat scanner we can make sure you are staying on track. Do you want to get stronger or faster? Our app records all your personal records to show you by the numbers you're making improvements.

Saturday 8:30am & 9:30am
